Pinterest has made it easier for advertisers and businesses to create and publish adverts using their mobile devices.  Late last week, the company rolled out Mobile Ad Tools which make it easier to manage and measure ad campaigns on the go.  The tools include simplified ad targeting options for Promoted Pins.
